General service terms
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These general terms describe how Velcor Technologies approaches assessments, quotations, installations and support. The final scope, price, timing and any project-specific conditions will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Assessment and quotation
Recommendations and quotations are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of assessment. Roof access, cable routes, obstructions, equipment availability, travel requirements and additional work may affect the final scope. Any material change should be explained and agreed before additional work continues.
Equipment and internet service
Unless explicitly included in the quotation, equipment purchases and Starlink subscriptions remain the customer's responsibility. Internet speed, availability and service continuity depend on the service provider, plan, congestion, weather, obstruction, power and other conditions outside Velcor's direct control.
Site access and safety
The customer should provide safe, authorized access to the agreed work areas and disclose known hazards. Velcor may pause or reschedule work when site conditions create an unreasonable safety risk or prevent the agreed installation.
Customer authorization
The person approving work confirms that they have permission to authorize mounting, drilling, cable routing and equipment placement at the property. Any landlord, body-corporate or facility approval should be obtained before installation.
Payment, scheduling and changes
Payment stages, deposit requirements, scheduling, travel costs, cancellation terms and rescheduling arrangements should be stated in the accepted quotation or service confirmation. Customers should request clarification before approving work.
Workmanship and support
Any workmanship assurance or support period will be described in the project quotation or handover information. It does not cover third-party equipment failure, service-provider outages, accidental damage, unauthorized alteration, power problems or conditions outside the agreed installation scope.
Independent service provider
Velcor Technologies is an independent installation and networking company. Starlink is a trademark of SpaceX. Unless specifically demonstrated in writing, use of the Starlink name does not mean Velcor is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Starlink or SpaceX.
